Positive: The flat was superb. It was spacious and contained EVERYTHING you would need for a self catering holiday. Spacious well appointed kitchen with enough room for 2 ‘chefs’. Fixtures and fitting were all new and the Christmas tree was a lovely bonus.

Negative: There were too many stairs to the flat door 24, if I remember rightly, but we managed, just. It was worth the climb for the interesting and very relaxing view.

Positive: Attention to detail and the quality of finish throughout.. Fire excellent, bike shed really convenient, little welcome pack lovely, beds comfortable, shower and bathroom exceptional.

Positive: This place is amazing. Spacious, clean, well equipped and modern. Lovely decor and top quality furnishings. Topped with amazing views this place is first class. Close to town and the beach. Lovely outside terrace area, good parking. We will definitely return, one of the nicest places we've stayed at

Positive: its not all bad as i wrote below, these are my findings other people may not find them bad, it is a nice flat and the views out of the front windows are good, so please make your own mind up after you have been and stayed in teds place, but never got to meet ted !!

Negative: the bathroom door needs a lock on it so one doesnt have to guess if someone else is in there, if 2 unrelated couples are in the flat its not acceptable, the bathroom sink is to small it should have been fitted with a larger one so as to make it easier to wash and shave, the movable shower glass door needs a rubber sealing strip between the fixed screen so as to stop water flowing out onto the floor, but at least its a loo with a view. need a tea strainer for people that like to have loose leaf tea, but the tea pot is ok, microwave is a bit of a problem to use if one is not used to one like the one in the kitchen, no instructions in place, not everyone is a button pusher as younger people seem to be, the internet dropped out twice, once for all the afternoon and evening, not good in the techno 21st century age is it !! the large carpet in front of the fire place is a trip hazzard as it is rucked up in the middle and even when it was pulled straight it rucked up afterwards. centre ceiling lamp shade is to low so one that is tall could bump into it ( over 6 foot 3 inches ) as i am. the beds in both bedrooms are extremely hard to lay on, unless you like them that way, better to sleep on the carpeted floor.........
